Account access

Make sure you are using the correct email address and that your account has been activated. If you registered but cannot access your course, contact support.

Course access

If a course does not open, confirm that you are logged in and enrolled. Some pages may also require your browser to accept cookies and session access.

When a page does not load

  • Refresh the page
  • Try signing out and signing in again
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser or device

If the issue continues, email us with your account email, course name, and screenshot if available.
