ML-L1-CF-101 — Cognitive Foundations
FYLINDEML-L1-CF-101 — Cognitive Foundations is the first foundational course in the Fylinde Mental Literacy pathway. It introduces learners to the basic processes that shape thought, interpretation, emotional judgment, and self-awareness.
In this course, learners begin building the ability to observe their own thinking instead of being controlled by it. They examine how the mind forms conclusions, how emotions influence interpretation, how cognitive distortions appear, and how evidence can be used to strengthen judgment.
The goal is not simply to memorize concepts. The goal is to develop a measurable inner skill: the ability to pause, reflect, question assumptions, and respond with greater clarity.
Through guided lessons, short assessments, and Mirror Checkpoint reflections, learners establish an early cognitive baseline and begin tracking their growth over time.
